Nearly 70% population of developing world lives in rural villages and of them; nearly 60% are poor illiterates and semi-literates. Basic civic facilitates to defecate or other use is still a dream for them. Nearly 50-60 % of rural population and 30-35% of urban population still use open area, railway tracks, or streets to defecate. They live in unhygienic condition without safe drinking water. Lack of rural job and other opportunities influence them to migrate to urban cities. Over 20 million people of developing world migrate each year to urban cities in search of suitable employment opportunities and majority of them are poor illiterates or semi-literates. Nearly 60% of them are seasonal and casual migrants, who live, earn and go. About 25% go back due to lack of opportunities, and 15% settle down in urban cities finding more suitable than own villages. By 2025, world urban planning would crumple in extreme pressure. China and India with major share of world population and their speeding economic growth rate would stand as biggest contributors to high rate of urbanization. Nature of urban economic growth rate and unequal distribution of growth share would create vast economic differences between poor and rich.
